Once the payment is received, all orders will be processed immediately. It usually takes 3-5 working days to receive your order.
Orders outside of Europe, the United States and Australia may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, otherwise you don't have to pay for additional fees.
You will recieve a tracking number. Most tracking numbers will be trackable within 24 hours of receipt of the email notification. If you received your tracking number and you’ve waited for 24 – 48 hours for your carrier to update their tracking information and still are not able to track your package, please contact us so we can sort it out together.
We do not require a signature for delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice will be posted that a delivery attempt was made and it will offer a variety of ways for you to obtain your order. Or the package will be left at someone's door.
All orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box. The shipping label will identify the shipper as Kiiroo via one of our regional shipping carriers depending on the country you live in.

If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our facility without an RMA number, the product value will be refunded upon receipt, less the original shipping fee as well as the shipping fee charged by your carrier to return the package to our facility.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. Unfortunately, we are not able to include these additional costs as a part of the total amount, as each country has its own duty and customs regulations.
8.2 Returns
All items that are unopened and unused can be returned for a partial refund. We will deduct shipping costs and pick and pack costs; roughly around USD $22 - USD $25. We will NOT accept opened or used items for return.
8.3 Cancelations
IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT:
If your order has NOT been shipped out, and you want to cancel it, please send an email to us within 4 hours of making the order. We will cancel it as soon as possible and issue a FULL refund. If you do not cancel the order within the first 4 hours, we cannot guarantee a full refund of your order.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE ORDER:
If you want to cancel an order that is out for delivery, or has already been received; contact us immediately. The product(s) need to be returned and in our warehouse within 7 days. Customer Support will provide you with the address when you email. You will have to provide us with:

Registration code
Reason for cancellation
Please remember that we will only issue a refund if the item is unopened. You are 100% responsible for the shipping costs in the event that your device needs to be returned. We will deduct shipping costs and pick and pack costs; roughly around USD $22 - USD $25.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM(S):
If you opened the item and it is defective or if it is not the item you purchased, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. We will need to see pictures and videos to verify the defect or the incorrect item. Once the pictures and videos verify there is a defect or an incorrect item, we will send a replacement at our expense. We do NOT refund defective devices, but we will replace them for the SAME product.
